“I had a lovely afternoon in a cold, uncomfortable waiting room,” said no one ever. At some point, we’ve all felt sick and miserable to the point where we had to take time off work to visit the physician’s office or urgent care clinic. You wait to check in, wait some more to be escorted to the doctor’s office, and wait even more for the nurse to do some tests. At this point, you’re shivering as you anxiously wait for the doctor to walk through the door.
