Majority of Students Learning Remotely Despite Schools Reopening
WHILE 80% OF PUBLIC schools with fourth or eighth grade were open for hybrid or full-time, in-person learning in February, the majority of students in those grades are still receiving some remote instruction, and students of color continue to be sidelined with remote learning at significantly higher rates than their white peers.
