According to Practo, it has received nearly two lakh search queries from pet parents, since the launch of its pilot project last month and overwhelmed by the positive responses, the speciality was launched officially as a part of the company’s telemedicine service. Most of the queries were concerned with diet management for pets, medication for fleas and ticks, food allergies among pets, and behavioural problems among pets. The company received queries from more than 40 cities.
