Investment firm Triton is to invest in Dutch independent clinic chain Bergman Clinics alongside the current shareholders consisting of the Malenstein family and NPM Capital. “We are excited to support the management and employees of Bergman Clinics by investing in and supporting the growth and European expansion of the clinics network,” said Peder Prahl, director of the general partner for the Triton funds.
