Franklin-based Community Health Systems Inc. has agreed to sell a two-hospital health system in South Carolina. On Thursday, CHS announced that its 207-bed Mary Black Health System – Spartanburg in Spartanburg, S.C., and its 125-bed Mary Black Health System – Gaffney in Gaffney, S.C., will be purchased by Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, according to a news release. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
