NEW DELHI: Teething troubles mainly related to delay in receiving OTPs, selection of hospitals or vaccination sites not being “live” and server issues on Co-Win marked the first day of the second phase of vaccination, reports Sushmi Dey. The delays, which officials said are being set right, happened even as 25 lakh potential recipients were registered on the Co-Win portal on Monday.
