Cigna and Express Scripts launch program to cap out-of-pocket cost for insulin at $25 per 30-day supply

Cigna and Express Scripts have launched a patient assurance program to ensure eligible beneficiaries with diabetes pay no more than $25 for a 30-day supply of insulin. The program reduces out-of-pocket costs for insulin by 40 percent or more for many patients, Cigna said.
