Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 - Stillness meditation with Anna
A very simple Meditation suitable for first timers concentrating on the breath and each part of the body allowing deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Mental Health effects the whole of the body, this can surface with tight muscles, repetitive strain, digestive issues, headaches and more. This meditation builds an awareness of letting go allowing space for the body to heal itself. The session will start and end with a few short simple exercises to aid preparation and recovery.
